New patients, including children, always welcome

Technology

Cerec Crown
Along with the traditional lab generated crown, fixed bridges, onlays and inlays, we now offer CEREC crowns, onlays, and inlays. With a CEREC restoration you can have a permanent, all ceramic restoration in a single visit. This means less time out of your busy schedule and no temporary to deal with. CEREC allows us to restore your teeth to their natural beauty and function.

The materials used in a CEREC restoration are closely matched to the composition of a natural tooth and are chemically bonded into place. This allows us to save as much healthy tooth structure as possible. CEREC is just one of the new technologies that we offer to keep our patients healthy, comfortable and smiling.

Digital Radiography (X-Rays)
90% less Radiation Exposure, Better Diagnosis Computerized Digital Radiography (dental x-rays) is advanced dental technology. This is a system that allows us to take x-rays with a sensor using 90% less radiation exposure than conventional x-rays with no chemical processing. The digital images are then transferred to an office database where they are stored in the patient’s computer file. Doctors are able to use the computer to enlarge the image for better viewing, analysis and diagnosis. We also have digital panoramic technology.

Laser
We are excited about our newest acquisition of the Ivolclar Diode Laser. The Laser represents an innovation and more precise technology for specific soft tissue modification and preventive care. Just a few applications for use of the Laser:

  • Reduction of bacteria and inflammation
  • Soft tissue debridement
  • Recontour and/or removal of tissue overgrowths
  • Crown lengthening
  • Biopsies
  • Cold sore treatment
  • Implant access

Caesy
The CAESY Education System allows us to show you information on dental procedures offered in our office. These videos will help you understand the procedures that are being recommended. You are able to view these videos right from your dental chair or at home with a personalized CD.

Intraoral Camera
The use of our IntraOral Camera lets you see your oral health up close. By taking pictures of areas in your mouth, we can show you the areas of concern. This will enable us to help you make informed choices about your dental health.

Whitening Options

Zoom: ZOOM is a single visit whitening system that can be completed in one 2-hour visit. Success can be monitored using before and after shade guide comparisons and/or pictures. ZOOM has been featured on the television show “Extreme Makeover”.

Tray Whitening: Take home tray whitening is a method to whiten your teeth using custom (made for you) trays. We make the trays in the office and show you how to place the whitening solution into the trays. You wear the trays for 1-2 hours per day for 3-6 weeks. Monitoring your progress can be done using shade guide comparisons and/or pictures.

Crest Whitestrips: Our office also offers Crest Whitestrips that are packaged in a higher professional strength only available in dental offices. These thin flexible strips are applied to teeth for 30 minutes, twice a day. Successful whitening is achieved in approximately 3 weeks. Monitoring your progress can be done by photos or shade guide comparisons.

Diagnodent
The DIAGNOdent is an early caries (cavity) detection aid. More and more patients place value on healthy and attractive teeth. In order to maintain them, the earliest possible care is essential. DIAGNOdent aids in the detection of caries. Even very small lesions are detected at the earliest stage, enabling us to protect and preserve more of the tooth structure.
