We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you. FINANCIAL POLICY

The team at Korte Family Dentistry is committed to assist you with the investment you make in your dental health. We make every effort to keep our fees reasonable while using the highest quality of materials available. That, combined with our expertise when performing your dental treatment, assures you that your investment is worthwhile.

INSURANCE

We accept most conventional insurance plans. We are a Preferred Provider (PPO) for Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, CIGNA, and Delta Dental Premier. As a courtesy to you as our patient, we will submit your insurance claims. Dental insurance is an excellent aid in alleviating some of your out-of-pocket expenses, but rarely covers the full cost of care. Co-payments are due at the time of service.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

A 5% courtesy discount is given when balances are paid in full at the time of service.
